Philips Actiwatch
Used formerly by sleep clinicians to monitor patients’ sleep patterns, the Actiwatch is used as an aid to improving sleep.
Looking remarkably like an ordinary watch, the Actiwatch uses data loggers that provide a sleep schedules, variability, quantity and measurement of daytime activity. The data is then transmitted to the PC via USB where it can be analysed and used to identify options available for treatment.

Blackberry Bluetooth Watch
Making the BlackBerry even more accessible, the Blackberry Bluetooth watch will allow you to receive calls, access your emails, texts, update your Facebook at the lift of a wrist.
As fans of the Blackberry already know, including Barack Obama, the Blackberry is the definitive gadget of the decade. Now RIM says a new Blackberry Bluetooth watch is being released in the very near future. The watch will be backed up by a new branded headset in a black chrome shell with BlackBerry logo and buttons complete with noise reduction technology, thus enabling you to talk to your bank manager whilst on the move.

The Blackberry Bluetooth Watch will give alerts when emails, texts, Facebook posts and tweets are incoming and enables voice activated control. There’ll also be a wireless connection to upload and transfer music and videos– oh, and it’ll let you tell the time too.

Breo Roam Sports Watch
This watch which won the Good Design Award in 2008, is the fastest selling wristwatch of 2009.
Oozing style and quality, the Breo watch is also a superb piece of engineering. The watches are made out of a material called Tourmaline crystal which is a naturally occurring mineral that is said to have beneficial healthful properties relating to improved sleep, relaxation, concentration and vitality.
