Looks like Apple are starting production of the 32GB Iphone 3 in April ramping up through May, ready for announcement in June, and delivery hopefully in the same month.

Sources say that Apple are busy buying up all the NAND memory that they can, so it seems that we won’t have to wait too long.

Speculation is that it could be June the 8th as this will coincide with Apple’s 2009 Worldwide Developers Conference which runs from the 8th until the 12th. Could that mean it could be the 12th too, saving the best til last?

I love my IPhone3G and I was disapointed that there was no MMS or Cut and Paste, but please be clear that as stated in your rumour text that the functions do not work, MMS and Cut and Paste do not actually exist. Please be more carefull in your comments.

Thanks for the heads up, post has been amended.

Really looking forward to the next generation myself. The lack of the cut paste features is the main reason that I have not got one yet myself!

Thanks jesterooner.. I didnt know I wanted cut and paste until I was informed on the net that it wasn’t there.. When I thought about it, I found it interesting how much I didnt need it.. but with the new apps coming with the 3.0 OS I would bet the scope for it is fantastic.. Get one.. I can’t put mine down..

Thanks for the quick response and change of text..

    Kind regards,

    Derek.

Looks like a souce close to the hardware team has been quoted as giving the best indication of when the release date is going to be, to quote: “The source told iPhone fan blog Apple iPhone Apps that the new iPhone will launch July 17″.
