God of War III Release Date
Developed exclusively for PS3, God of War III is the final installment of the God of War trilogy. God of War III brings epic battles to life with stunning graphics and an elaborate plot that puts Kratos at the center of carnage and destruction as he seeks revenge against the Gods who have betrayed him.
In single player mode, take on the climatic role of the ex-Spartan warrior, Kratos, as he scales through the intimidating heights of Mt. Heavy Rain Release Date
“How far are you prepared to go to save someone you love?” This is the theme of this dark thriller game released by Quantic Dream for PS3 this July.
This innovative and original game has deep psychological levels with gripping emotional scenarios and serious consequences for every action taken. Details so far a patchy but Quantic founder and CEO, David Cage had this to say:
“Heavy Rain is about normal people that have landed in extraordinary situations. I wanted a much more personal story. The first thing that came to my mind, as a father of two little boys, was that the main theme should simply be a father’s love for his son. This is not a game about saving the princess or the world. Its purely about a father’s love. The main story will revolve around 4 different characters, and we’re putting the spotlight on their perceptions. The question ‘what is good and what is evil’ is the key here, that will be just a matter of viewpoint…I believe heavily in moral choices, I’m going to use them A LOT. They’re not about being good or bad, but about finding the right balance.”
Heavy Rain is scheduled for release on 31st July 2009.

Call of Juarez Release Date
Call of Juarez: Bound in Blood, the “wildest West ever created” is released for PC, XBox 360 and PS3 this July. It is the prequel to the critically acclaimed Wild West action shooter Call of Juarez. With the playable characters of the McCall brothers, Ray and Thomas, players enter a doomed quest for the legendary Gold of Juarez leading them from a ravaged Georgia during the Civil War to the Aztec ruins of Mexico.
Ray and Thomas start the game as soldiers in the Confederate army fighting against the Union. Unfortunately they quickly become deserters after they found that their home and farm are endangered by the Union forces and leave the trenches to defend their home in Georgia. Chased because of desertion, they try to make their way through lawless Wild West to find the legendary gold of Juarez and retrieve their home.
Call of Juarez: Bound in Blood is released on 3rd July.
