Smallville Release Date
Created by writers/producers Miles Millar and Alfred Gough, Smallville is based on the DC Comics Superman character, in turn created by Jerry Siegal and Joe Shuster. Smallville was first aired on TV in October 2001 and follows the adventures of Clark Kent (Tom Welling) before he becomes Superman.
It centres on his friends, school days and his secret life which he has to keep hidden from even his closest friends, although he is not always successful in this. The later series move into more adult arenas as he prepares to leave college and pursue his career in journalism at the Daily Planet.
Smallville has won many awards including TeenChoice and Emmys and has attracted up to 8 million viewers, with an average of the 7 series of 4.5 million.
Smallville is released on Warner Home Video on 14th September.

Jay-Z - Blueprint Iii Release Date
The Blueprint Iii is the eleventh studio album to be released by Jay-Z and according to Jay-Z, will be his last studio release for the Def Jam label before beginning recording under his own record label ”Live Nation”.. There has been speculation as to when the album would be released but the current aim is for a September release. Co-produced by Kanye West, it was he who was partly responsible for the rumours that it would be out sooner.
