
You Me At Six Release Date
Pop punksters, You Me At Six (sometimes written as Youmeatsix) released a limited edition of their debut album Take Off Your Colours this September. Formed in 2004, the band have released 5 singles so far with “Finders Keepers” reaching their highest position yet of #33 in the UK singles chart.
Take Off Your Colours was originally released last year on 6th October and reached #25 in the UK albums chart that week. The deluxe edition will include five bonus tracks and the videos for “Finders Keepers” and “Kiss and Tell”, which will be released as a single on 7th September.

David Gray Release Date
David Gray releases his eighth studio album Draw the Line this coming September.
David has described the album as having a “political edge” and being less introspective than of late. The first single off the album “Fugitive” has had it’s first play on the Ken Bruce show on BBC Radio 2 and is available to download. David says of the single: ” It’s about hiding from life, from yourself.”
Draw the Line is composed of eleven new songs, with a new musicians supporting David – Neill MacColl on guitars, Robbie Malone on bass, and Keith Pryor on drums. Featured artists include Annie Lennox in “Full Steam Ahead” and Jolie Holland, a Brooklyn-based singer-songwriter on “Kathleen”.
Draw the Line is released through EastWest on 14th September.

Jay-Z Release Date
US rapper and hiphop artist, Jay-Z releases his 11th studio album – The Blueprint 3 – this autumn. It’s release completes the Blueprint Trilogy from The Blueprint in 2001 followed by The Blueprint 2: The Gift & the Curse in 2002.
Recorded in Hawaii where Jay-Z says he can work without being disturbed, production for the majority of the album is be Kayne West with 3 other tracks produced by Timbaland and No I.D between them.
Lead single from the album, “Run This Town” features Rihanna on vocals. Other guest singers on the album are Kid Cudi, Nas and Jay-Z’s protege, Mr Hudson.
The Blueprint 3 is released on 14th September.

Megadeth Release Date
Endgame is the American heavy metal band’s 12th studio album featuring new guitarist, Chris Broderick (previously from Jag Panzer).
The album was produced and mixed at the band’s own Vic’s Garage Studios in California and is described as “old school” Megadeth. Lead singer, Dave Mustaine recently stated about the band’s new CD, “It is fast, it is heavy, there is singing, yelling, speaking, and guest voices (maybe not singing — more like in “Captive Honor”), the soloing is insane.”
The first single off the album will be “Head Crusher” written by Dave Mustaine and Shawn Drover which can now be streamed from the RoadRunner website.
Endgame is released on 14th September.

Porcupine Tree Release Date
Grammy nominated prog rock band, Porcupine Tree have been said to have been influenced not just by psychedelic rock but also ambient, krautrock and trance. Their forthcoming 10th studio album, The Incident, is released through Roadrunner records on 14th September.
The album consists of a double disc. Disc one features the main title track, a 55 minute long epic based on Steven Wilson’s work about beginnings and endings, “incidents” where afterwards nothing is the same again. The track will be produced as a music video, directed by usual Porcupine Tree collaborator Lasse Hoile.
The second disc is a collection of 4 compositions developed out of the band’s songwriting sessions last December.
The Incident is released on 14th September.

Zero 7 - Release Date
Zero 7, the UK trip-hop band release their fourth studio album, Yeah Ghost, in September this year. The album is a more electronic sound than their previous mellow production. Guest vocalists on the album include folk singer/songwriter Martha Tiltson, electro hip hop artist Rowdy Superstar and soul/jazz singer Eska Mtungwazi. Pixie Lott Release Date
Pixie Lott, UK songwriter/actress and dancer, was signed to Mercury in 2007 and released her first single, “Mama Do (Uh Oh, Uh Oh)” on 8th June this year which went straight in at number 1 in the UK charts, the first female artist not originating from a talent show to ever debut at number one.
Her debut album, Turn it Up, is released in September, preceded by her second single, “Boys and Girls”. At just 18 years of age, her enigmatic and soulful voice and multitude of talents has pitched her into the dizzy heights of contemporaries such as Natasha Bedingfield and Amy Winehouse. There is no doubt this one is heading for very big things indeed.

Muse Release Date
The Resistance is Muse’s forthcoming fifth studio album on Warner Bros Helium 3 label. The release of the album has taken an unconventional turn with the band using Twitter and their official website to release details of the title of the album and the first single, “United States of Eurasia”.
Radio 1′s Zane Lowe described the album as as “a beautifully recorded, strong, sweeping, fighting, uplifting, rocking, lilting and inclusive record about love.” He later went on to say: “There are massive riffs in there, there are quirky pop songs in there, there’s all sorts of wonder in there, it is absolutely amazing.”
This praise is across the board and album is tipped as being their most ambitious project ever which they have successfully pulled off.

Dollhouse DVD Release Date
‘Dollhouse’ will be released to DVD on 14 September 2009. It stars Eliza Dshku, Harry Lennix and Fran Krantz as the main characters.
The ‘actives’ are a group of people who will be anything or do anything that their rich and powerful hirers want them to be or do. Each ‘active’ has had their personality and memory blanked by reprogramming, they are then primed as a new character. The ‘active’ will totally absorb into the role the client has for them regardless of its legality. At the end of each mission the ‘active’ returns to the ‘Dollhouse’ where the last job is scrubbed from their minds and a new one impregnated. Echo an ‘active’ seemingly has no recollections or does she?
The FBI start to close in on the illegal and underground ‘Dollhouse’ find out the compelling stories as it releases DVD on 14 September 2009.

Terminator Chronicles Release Date
The American sci-fi series, Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles, is a spin off from the Terminator series of films which starred Arnold Swarzeneggar and Linda Hamilton.
Linda played Sarah Connor, mother of John Connor who was responsible for organising the resistance , Tech-com, against the Terminator machines who have taken over the earth and are attempting to annihilate all human life.
The Chronicles follows the lives of Sarah and her son John following the events of the Terminator 2: Judgement Day film. At the beginning of the TV series, Sarah and John discover Judgment Day was not averted, only delayed until April 21, 2011. Now fugitives, they face the reality that other enemies from the future could still be after them.
Terminator: The Sarah Conner Chronicles Season 2 is released on DVD and BluRay through Warner Home Video on 21st September.
